OverviewAs a Territory Manager, you will be a self‑starter who thrives on taking initiative and driving results. You will be responsible for growing brands by building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Achieve commercial sales and growth objectives within assigned territory to support division, region, and company goals.
- Develop a local strategy and business plan to meet individualized territory objectives, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting existing and potential retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
- Design and implement a strategy for product and Point of Sale (POS) material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.
- Complete customer/consumer engagement certification and consistently demonstrate mastery within the territory.
- Build client willingness and capability to collaborate on key business fundamentals and drivers to accelerate industry transformation and increase market share.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands through correspondence, retail visits, and presentations.
- Sell and execute the 5
Ps (presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling) to customers and adult nicotine consumers. - Analyze territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with Division Manager on customer and sales planning, product initiatives, and market share improvement within the territory.
- Ability to communicate with and engage retail customers and adult nicotine consumers in person.

- Ability to visually inspect and manipulate merchandise and advertising displays.
- Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in a marketing‑focused role – preferably in sales, field marketing, or business‑to‑business.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a sales representative/territory manager role successfully.
