Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service and building connections with visitors and staff.

• Set schedule:
  Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Monday, 2nd Shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience considered a plus
