Monday through Friday

As a Sales Specialist - HVAC Technician, you will use an iPad and Field Pulse to manage your day and jobs. You'll visit homeowners for scheduled appointments, talk through their comfort needs, offer HVAC options, check systems, explain features and savings, and present financing choices. Some days include responding to emergency calls. You'll work on a team that puts customers first.

- 2+ years of HVAC experience
- Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and guide customers through important decisions
- Valid Indiana driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Professional, motivated, and solution-oriented attitude
