CDL A Drivers 100% No Touch Out 12 & Home 2 $ 82 to $102K/1st Yr (Full Time)

If you are a Class A Driver tired of unpredictable pay checks, earn a guaranteed minimum of $1,500 per week (if you run the entire week with no load refusals or driver‑induced delays). Most drivers earn between $1,575 and $1,900 per week. Drivers are paid the greater of the minimum or their freight CPM. Freight is no‑touch, 65% drop and hook.
Bonus structure: $4,000 paid in installments—$500 after the first load, $500 at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days, and a $1,000 payout on the 6‑month anniversary.
Benefits start on the 30th day of employment and include PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more. Trucks are newer model Freightliners, Kenworths, and International. Riders and pets are welcome from day one.
Responsibilities- Transport freight on a no‑touch, 65% drop and hook schedule.
- Deliver boxes to a conveyor belt in a store; the store handles final inventory and merchandising.
- Maintain clean MVR and avoid CMV accidents causing injury, jackknifing, or rollover in the last 5 years.
- Adhere to company policies and safe driving standards.
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
- If terminated from a previous job due to safety violations, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier.
- Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents resulting in injury, jack‑knife, or rollover in the last 5 years.
- Physical ability to lift boxes on a conveyor belt; drivers are not responsible for inventory or merchandising.
