Day Shift Options: 6:30 AM-3 PM | 7 AM-3:30 PM

Looking for a real deal warehouse gig in Muncie? We're hiring Store Room Attendant pros who can haul, stack, scan, and ship - and still have energy left for Friday night. This isn't a suit-and-tie office job. This is hands‑on, boots‑on, get‑it‑done work with a crew that's got your back.

• Process and prepare domestic and international shipments accurately and on time.
• Utilize commercial carriers, including Fed Ex, UPS, and LTL freight services.
• Create and complete shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and CMUSA forms.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials using sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and accuracy against packing slips and invoices.
• Store, organize, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and shipping records within the ERP system.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock replenishment activities.
• Ensure shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and secured to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience required.
• Experience with commercial shipping carriers, including Fed Ex, UPS, and LTL freight, preferred.
• Experience in processing international shipments preferred.
• Forklift experience required, including both sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts.
• Familiarity with ERP and/or MRP systems required.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and billing methods, including collect, prepaid, and third‑party billing.
• Experience preparing Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and other shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
• Steel‑toe shoes required.
