Pay & Compensation
Elite OTR Drivers earn $1,900+ per week
, with six-figure annual earning potential.
Your compensation includes:
- $233 per day base pay
- $50 per additional stop
- Drivers average approximately 4 paid stops per week (approximately $200 additional weekly
) - Paid detention
- Vacation pay at your daily rate
- OTR resets paid at your full daily rate whenever applicable
Performance Bonuses
Elite drivers have the opportunity to earn additional weekly incentives for maintaining top performance.
- $25 MPG Incentive
- $25 Motive Safety Incentive
- $25 Service Incentive
To qualify, drivers must maintain:
- 7.7+ MPG
- Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher
- 95% or higher service score
Premium Freight & Schedule
Elite OTR Drivers haul some of WEL s strongest freight.
- Primarily 500+ mile refrigerated freight
- Premium long-haul freight network
