Senior Project Accountant
Salary: $90K–$120K base + ~5% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Accountant:

• Lead financial reporting and accounting for large, complex construction projects

• Prepare and manage monthly billing packages, including GMP/T&M applications

• Track accounts receivable, cash flow forecasts, and ensure timely collections

• Coordinate subcontractor/vendor payments and manage lien waiver processes

• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and contract compliance

• Support process improvements and system enhancements within finance

Qualifications for the Senior Project Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of accounting experience (construction or project-based industry preferred)

• Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, formulas, reporting)

• Experience with project accounting and financial reporting
