Job Qualifications:

Must provide organization, leadership, and direction to student participants. Must be able to work effectively with student leaders, students, staff, administration, and community members. Seeking a creative, energetic, and organized individual with strong communication and leadership skills. Responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning and implementation of the Common Ground Multicultural Fair. Work collaboratively with students to plan activities, displays, performances, and other components that celebrate and promote cultural diversity.

Provide guidance and support to student participants and leaders throughout the planning process and during the event. Encourage student involvement and create opportunities for students to share and learn about different cultures, traditions, and backgrounds. Coordinate with staff, administration, and community members as needed to ensure a successful event. Please see attached pay schedule, based on experience, per MEA Agreement.
