We're looking for an ADAS Calibration Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining the technical integrity and safety of vehicle systems by performing precise calibrations, diagnostics, and quality control procedures that meet strict OEM standards.

ADAS Calibrations
- Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations, including cameras, radar systems, sensors, and other vehicle safety components.
- Follow documented procedures and OEM specifications to ensure accurate calibration results.
- Conduct pre-scan and post-scan vehicle diagnostics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot calibration-related issues and vehicle system concerns.
- Utilize specialized ADAS equipment, scan tools, OEM software, and calibration systems.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and requirements.
- Verify system performance after calibration and repair procedures.
- Document calibration results and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure all required proof-of-calibration documentation is completed and submitted.
- Review and interpret ADAS repair estimates and calibration requirements.
- Explain repair procedures and calibration results to customers, collision repair staff, and insurance representatives in a professional manner.
- Prepare and process customer quotes, invoices, and calibration reports accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with the maintenance and care of calibration equipment, scan tools, and company assets.
- Complete all required company training programs and third-party certifications.
- Stay current with evolving ADAS technology, OEM procedures, and industry best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience.
- Working knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and vehicle safety systems.
- Proficiency with ADAS calibration equipment and OEM software.
- Experience using aftermarket diagnostic scan tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, which may include background and drug testing.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Acceptable driving record and active auto insurance required to perform dynamic calibrations and vehicle transportation duties.
- Ability to pick up, drop off, and road-test vehicles as needed.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Full-Time, Hourly
Pay Range$ per hour, based on experience
