We are seeking experienced Senior SAP PP Leads to support SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing initiatives for an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP, MRP, Production Orders, Batch Management, and SAP PP/EWM integration
, along with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

The selected candidates will work closely with business teams and manufacturing operations to support implementation activities, go-lives, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple plant locations.

• Candidates must have flexibility to work from the Mundelein, IL / Waukegan, IL office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  .
• The role will require working directly from Medline plant locations as needed.
• Candidates must be flexible to support either of the following CST schedules based on project requirements:
  • 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST
  • 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM CST
• Support during go-lives and post-go-live activities is required.

• Lead SAP PP functional activities across manufacturing and production-planning initiatives.
• Work closely with manufacturing business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise in MRP, Production Orders, and Batch Management
  .
• Support SAP PP integration with SAP EWM and related supply chain processes.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, business workshops, and functional discussions.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
• Support SAP PP configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement functional solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Troubleshoot SAP PP issues and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with EWM, MM, QM, SD, Finance, and other relevant SAP teams as required.
• Maintain functional documentation, test scripts, process flows, and other project deliverables.
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, and dependencies to business and project stakeholders.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to other SAP PP team members.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP

• Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Extensive experience with Production Orders

• Strong understanding of Batch Management
  .
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP/EWM integration
  .
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production-planning processes.

• Experience supporting SAP implementations, rollouts, and/or production environments.
• Experience supporting plant-level go-lives and post-go-live stabilization

• Ability to work effectively with business users, plant personnel, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are required.
• Candidates must have no travel restrictions to Mexico (Mexicali) and be willing/able to travel to Mexico as required for the project.
• Flexibility to work either the 6 AM-2 PM CST or 2 PM-11 PM CST shift based on business requirements.
• Ability to work onsite at manufacturing plants during critical project and go-live activities.

• $75/HR on W2
