Storm Response Team is continuing to grow to help homeowners recover after severe weather across the Midwest.

We’re hiring Canvassing Team Leads to lead field teams in storm-affected markets. This is a working leadership role — you’ll lead by example in the field while helping recruit, train, and support canvassers during storm deployments.

If you’ve worked in door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, roofing, or storm restoration and are ready to step into leadership, this role offers the opportunity to build and guide a high-performing field team.

• Lead Storm Canvassing Teams:
  Lead a team of canvassers in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Knock doors and set inspection appointments alongside your team
• Assign territories and ensure strong neighborhood coverage
• Run daily team meetings and provide field coaching

Travel occurs throughout the Midwest including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, and Ohio.

• Train new canvassers on scripts, homeowner conversations, and storm processes
• Mentor team members to improve performance and confidence
• Help identify high performers who can move into sales roles

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new canvassers
• Ensure field teams follow storm response SOPs and processes
• Support administrative needs including Jot Forms, onboarding documentation, and field reporting
• Work closely with the Storm Response Team Manager to keep teams organized and productive in fast-moving storm markets

$60,000 - $60,000 a year

• Competitive leadership compensation
• $60 monthly phone allowance
• $200 vehicle allowance
• $50 per day food per diem while traveling
