Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Location: Mundelein, IL
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Experience Required: 3+ years in Supervisory, Welding, and Assembly Line roles

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead production operations in our Weld Cell and Trim Assembly department. The ideal candidate will spend significant time on the production floor, ensuring daily output goals are met and safety standards are maintained.

Oversee and manage nightly production of the weld cell and trim assembly

• Ensure proper recording of labor and production data each shift
• Enforce use of safety equipment and end-of-shift cleanup
• Promote a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Lead by example and support team development
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production goals
• Provide leadership in coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management

• Lead teams across business units with a focus on collaboration and unity
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve consistent growth
• Utilize effective problem-solving and organizational skills to manage priorities

Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Experience with PLC controls (or willingness to learn)
• Technical understanding of metal fabrication, stamping, and spot welding
