We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic role where you will do more than just move boxes; you will operate specialized machinery, manage inventory, and help fabricate custom products. Whether you are an experienced Forklift Operator or a general laborer looking to grow, we provide the training and certification you need to succeed.

- Pull, pack, label, and stage materials for local customer pickups and outgoing shipments.
- Receive and unload incoming stock; perform physical counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate gutter machines to roll form products; use staple guns, circular saws, and miter saws to package goods.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and the vertical bailer (for aluminum).
- Inspect incoming vendor products for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized to optimize space and ensure safety.
- Ocassionally wear lumbar belts (for lifting heavy objects) and latex-coated gloves (for sharp metals); steel-toe boots are highly preferred.
- GSI will provide training/certification for forklifts and specialized equipment.
- Maintain a drug‑free workplace. Prescription medications that cause drowsiness must be reported to a supervisor.
- High school diploma/GED is preferred
- Valid work authorization
- Fluent in English;
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work with limited supervision and good communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
