Larsen Manufacturing is looking for a talented 1st Shift Mazak CNC Milling Setup and Operator to join our dynamic team.

• Bring designs to life by reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
• Set up and operate Mazak CNC Milling Machines: load raw materials, set tooling, and dial in accurate cutting paths.
• Program parts using Mazatrol or G-code with precision and care.
• Keep quality top‑notch by performing checks throughout the process and on finished pieces.
• Troubleshoot to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain your Mazak machines in peak condition with routine maintenance.
• Share know‑how by helping new team members get up to speed on Mazak milling operations.

• Key player in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where your skills make a real impact.
• Work with top‑tier tools and technology, including Mazak Milling Machines you already know and love.
• Flex mechanical mastery and premium skills like CAD, Mazatrol programming, and GD&T to boost efficiency and quality.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience as a Mazak CNC Milling Machine programmer and operator.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to read blueprints.
• Hands‑on experience with Mastercam programming.
• Deep knowledge of Mazak CNC Milling Machines.
