Stone Systems is seeking a Production Manager at our New Jersey shop to lead the shop team, drive daily productivity, and ensure safety and quality. You will oversee scheduling, training, and process improvements to meet production targets while maintaining budget and standards.
The role requires 4+ years in stone/solid surface manufacturing and 3+ years of leadership, plus a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree and Lean cert are a plus. Competitive salary with bonus and comprehensive benefits.
