QA Recall Coordinator

Location:

Mundelein, IL Work Type: 5-days onsite for training, later transitioning to a hybrid schedule Duration: 6 months + possible extension/conversion Pay: $21-$23/hr Must-haves: 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, medical devices/Med Tech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulatory, or a related environment;
High School Diploma/GED required;
Associate’s degree preferred Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Comfortable handling high-volume phone and email requests in a fast-paced environment Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements Plusses:

Experience with product recalls, field actions, corrections/removals, and medical device quality or complaint handling
