Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory. You will serve as the face of the brand in the field, building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.

• Visit retail locations within the assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records and submit timely feedback to Retail Operations.
• Participate in launch‑related activities and travel to major markets and events when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing a daily route and schedule.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Exemplary integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of insurance and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Prior experience with retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.

• No weekends (full‑time schedule).

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Effectively schedule store visits at least two weeks in advance.
• Maintain consistent productivity and accurate documentation for each visit.
