In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Age 18 years or older
• Physically able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Can work independently and build successful teams
• Commitment to a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
