Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to blend hospitality with safety leadership in our dispensary. You will greet guests, manage check-in, and uphold compliance standards while delivering a warm, concierge-style experience.
As an APS, you will monitor entrances, deter incidents, de-escalate with empathy, and support operations across the floor. You’ll train new team members and maintain a visible, mobile presence throughout the shift.
