We are seeking an experienced Service Technician for our residential apartment community in Mundelein, IL. In this position, you will maintain apartment homes, common areas and grounds; ensure timely unit turns; and meet residents' needs through superior customer care. Pay commensurate with experience, $23 to $25/hr., plus quarterly bonus potential.

- 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community is required.
- Knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pools, HVAC, appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety and cleanliness.
- Ability to perform unit turn work timely to meet deadlines and with a great eye for detail.
- Ability to resolve work orders efficiently and with care.
- Walk the property regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Availability to respond to emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.
- Assist at other properties from time to time.
- Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy and achieve property goals.
- Observe all health and safety guidelines.
- Must have valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Community Manager and Service Manager.
