ShiftSunday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
DescriptionResidential Care Advisor to provide assistance and training to individuals with Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment Munhall location. We’re looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths‑based approach and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalency and 1 year of direct care experience.
- Valid Driver license
- Pre‑employment drug screen
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- 403B with employer match

This position is non‑exempt/hourly.
About the RoleIn any given day, you might cook, clean, manage medications, take residents to appointments, interact with family and resident treatment team members, and design games and crafts.
