Devereux TCV – Residential Support (Part‑Time)

Location:

Munhall, PA

Hours:

24 hrs/week, 9:00am‑5:00pm
Compensation: $17‑18/hr depending on experience and education

Provide support to residents in a residential setting using a tenant/landlord service model. Promote housing stability, independence, and overall well‑being.

• Assist residents with rent‑related transactions and housing documentation.
• Serve as liaison between residents and external service providers, ensuring clear communication and follow‑through.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to residents managing independent living.
• Respond to resident needs, special requests, and accommodations with professionalism and empathy.

• Paid orientation training:
  Monday & Tuesday, 9am‑4:30pm
• Regular work schedule:
  Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9am‑5pm

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in mental health programs preferred.
