Filtech is looking to hire Driver and Shipping/Receiving Specialist to deliver filtration products to customers in a 24-foot box truck. This role serves a dual role as with delivery responsibilities and hands-on warehouse support. You will operate a 24-foot box truck to deliver filtration products to customers while also assisting with picking, packing, and inventory management in our warehouse. You will be working full time Monday-Friday, daylight hours.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and physical warehouse work, takes pride in accuracy, and values providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid driver’s license. Must not have a CDL
- Ability to pass DOT physical exam
- Must be 21 years old and have a clean and safe driving history
- Exceptional customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use pallet jack and 2-wheel dolly
- Ability to climb in and out of delivery truck
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in a safe manner
- Pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Assist with unloading and loading trucks and other LTL carriers
- Accurate on time delivery of customer orders
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete verifying deliveries and turned back in on time
- Maintain a clean driver record
- Perform a daily safety inspection of delivery truck reporting any deficiencies or damage
- Operate load handling equipment including a forklift, pallet jacks, dollies, etc.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items
- Support general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned
