Accounts Payable Analyst Munster, IN (100% Onsite) Compensation:

$52,000-$58,240 annually

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join their accounting and finance team. This role will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, supporting general ledger activities, performing reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both transactional accounting and analytical responsibilities.

• Match and process 40-60 invoices per week, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments
• Record AP transactions to the general ledger and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations
• Calculate accruals and prepare journal entries
• Support and lead month-end accounts payable close activities
• Maintain vendor records and update vendor information
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred
• Experience with invoice matching, coding, and payment processing
• Knowledge of account reconciliations and general ledger transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
