Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Healthcare Administration
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of Orthopedics. This position supports the coordination and daily administrative functions of the service line, including physician and leadership communication, meeting coordination, project tracking, data preparation, reporting, document management, and special projects. The Administrative Assistant serves as a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and maintains a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive operational, financial, physician, employee, and patient-related information.

Qualifications:
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative, executive assistant, healthcare administrative, or related experience. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Experience working with physicians and clinical leadership preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
