• Active, state‑issued Dental Hygiene license with a minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in coaching, mentoring, or training within a dental practice or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices, tools and patient care protocols.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster professional growth tactfully.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement and track effective training programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This role is performed within a professional environment and regularly uses standard office equipment and dental tools.
