Roles and Responsibilities:

Directs, supervises, evaluates and provides speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician and under the therapy supervisor. Provides direct patient care, coordinating assigned patient loads and the work load of support personnel.# Required Skills #

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school holding a Master#s Degree in Speech Therapy. Certificate of Clinical Competence(CCC) in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association. Clinical Fellowship year (CFY-SLP) accepted with completion of CCC in 9-12 months. License/Registration/Certification:
Indiana Licensure and current CPR certification.
