We’re hiring a full time Lead Pediatric Speech Therapist to guide, mentor, and transform care across school, clinic, hospital, and home settings—without sacrificing the hands‑on work that got you here. • Mentor and develop SLPs across multiple service lines
• Serve as a clinical expert
  —problem‑solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
• Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments
• Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
• Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion—
  and a good sense of humor

~20 hours/week:
Clinical mentorship, development, and leadership

~20 hours/week:
Direct care, hands‑on treatment, and real‑world impact

• Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology Therapy License
• 3+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings
• Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
• A passion for helping clinicians grow—and helping kids thrive
