Qualifications:

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's,Master’sor Doctorate degree inoccupationaltherapy from an accredited program.
  • Certification and licensurerequirements asestablishedby state and national board associations.
  • Active state license
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
  • Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
