• Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
• Lead and manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations and standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to uphold service standards.
• Plan and manage hotel events, conferences, and special functions.
• Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Oversee the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team morale and performance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with hotel management software and systems
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and legal compliance regulations in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and objectives
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and partners
