Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.

- Lead and manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations and standards.

- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to uphold service standards.

- Plan and manage hotel events, conferences, and special functions.

- Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Ensure the property is well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.

- Oversee the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team morale and performance.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Experience with hotel management software and systems

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of health, safety, and legal compliance regulations in the hospitality industry

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and objectives

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and partners
