Overview
Insight Global is seeking a People Soft Developer to join the IT ERP team. This position blends technical skills with an understanding of business processes to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications, with a primary emphasis on Oracle People Soft. The role involves hands-on work in application development, system improvements, reporting, upgrades, and troubleshooting. It also requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the ERP system effectively supports organizational goals.
This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence at least two days per week.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field.
- 3+ years of business application experience with Oracle People Soft HCM Modules
- End to End ERP Implementation lifecycle
- True Programming and Building experience
