Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Education Technology, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in information technology, system administration, application support, learning management systems, or a related field.
• Health Stream experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related technology tools.
• Experience with Articulate or similar course-authoring software preferred.
• Demonstrates strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, educators, clinicians, technical staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee, learner, and organizational information.
