Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
Goal of Position:
This role is focused on optimizing sourcing strategy and supplier management across the health system—driving cost savings, improving vendor performance, and ensuring a resilient, high-quality supply chain.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience
- 2+ years of experience within a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and purchasing regulations
- Experience leading sourcing initiatives, vendor negotiations, and cost‑saving strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross‑functionally
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)
- Prior leadership or people management experience
- Experience with value analysis committees
- Proficiency with supply chain/procurement systems and reporting tools
