Full‑Time Maintenance Assistant at Casa Healthcare – Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Facility. Are you looking for a hands‑on career where your skills directly improve the quality of life for seniors and disabled individuals?

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property.
• Maintain work order system to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Keep all equipment in clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis.
• Safely store and handle hazardous chemicals per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with painting, minor carpentry, and other facility improvement projects.
• Report and correct unsafe conditions promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize interruptions to resident care.
• Remain available to respond to facility emergencies as needed.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Director.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or assistant.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances, and building systems.
• Strong skills in painting, general repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manual dexterity, problem‑solving abilities, and physical strength.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours if needed.
