Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN with an active IN or compact license for a day shift position requiring recent specialty experience and onsite EKG testing.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital medical/surgical telemetry unit
- Patient population includes adults needing medical/surgical and telemetry care
- Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Local candidates permitted with different pay based on residence within a 50-mile radius
- Responsibilities include providing telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a med/surg environment
- Must complete onsite EKG competency testing after clearance
- Dress code and scrub color requirements will be provided during onboarding
- Holiday coverage may be required based on department needs
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- A minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience is required
- No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Onsite EKG testing is required as part of the application process; two attempts allowed
- U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
