• Emergency Department Beds: 15
• Coverage Model:
  • 24 hours/day physician coverage
  • 8 hours/day NP coverage (Monday-Friday)

Candidate Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Acute Care NP preferred)
• Active Indiana license (or ability to obtain)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS required
• Comfortable in a moderate-volume ED setting
• Team-oriented with a commitment to efficient, high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits (Nurse Practitioner)

Guaranteed Monthly Salary

$10,200 per month

Hourly Equivalent

$85/hour

(Based on 120 hours per month)

Annualized Compensation

$122,400 annually
