Retail Security Officer

Andy Frain Services seeks a full-time Retail Security Officer to protect customers, employees, and assets at financial retail locations. In partnership with a leading financial institution, you will provide a strong security presence through patrols, access control, and CCTV monitoring. You'll respond to incidents, document events, and support emergency procedures while delivering professional, customer-focused service. Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-risk areas in retail banking and insurance locations
• Deter theft, fraud, and suspicious activity through visible patrols
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and customer concerns
• Enforce company security policies, access control, and visitor procedures
• Operate CCTV and other security systems to support incident prevention and response
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in clear written reports
• Coordinate with branch management and local law enforcement when needed
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients and visitors
• Support emergency response, evacuations, and safety drills
• Follow all regulatory and company guidelines related to financial facility security
