Warranty Specialist - Accounts Receivable Clerk

City Auto Sales Murfreesboro is looking for a dedicated full-time Auto Warranty and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN.

This in-office, full-time opportunity offers competitive hourly pay from $17 to $20, with dependable weekday hours and a supportive work environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Enjoy your evenings and weekends off while maintaining a consistent, reliable schedule every week. As an Auto Warranty and Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will arrive ready to keep our accounts running smoothly. You'll reach out to customers when their monthly payments are past due, ensuring positive communication and timely collections.

You will process cancellations efficiently and handle accounting entries with attention to detail. Your role will be vital in supporting both our customers and our accounting team, all while working in a friendly office environment where your organizational skills make a real impact.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Customer service or accounts receivable experience (preferred)

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
