Toyota of Murfreesboro is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Dealership Biller to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in dealership accounting and administration.

No dealership billing experience? That’s okay. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

• Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Submit contracts and funding documentation
• Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and lender partners
• Process title and registration paperwork
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records
• Assist with accounting and administrative projects
• Ensure dealership paperwork meets state and lender requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous automotive dealership experience
• Accounting, billing, title, banking, finance, or administrative experience
  
  Experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track, etc.)
