• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and large ERP system is required (SAP, Great Plains, Intacct, Net Suite or Epicor)
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
• Team-oriented mindset

• Complete month-end close processes, including reviewing general ledger accounts and reconciliations
• Coordinate and oversee month-end physical inventory counts
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and analysis to plant management
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and the facility’s annual budget preparation
• Support variance analysis compared to prior periods, forecasts, and budgets, providing commentary and insight
• Prepare recurring monthly general ledger journal entries and assist in inventory standards updates
• Collaborate with management on ad hoc projects and support year-end audit coordination
• Analyze monthly financial statements and KPIs, preparing standard schedules for management review
