Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

A fast-growing organization in the building materials industry is seeking an Accountant to join its accounting team during an exciting period of expansion. • Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including AP/AR, month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with process improvements and help establish scalable accounting controls and workflows.
• Partner with accounting and operational teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and provide support for audits, reporting, and special projects.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of accounting infrastructure in a rapidly evolving organization.
• Support additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1+ years of experience in full cycle accounting
• Heavy experience with AR/AP processing
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and full-cycle accounting processes.
• Experience with in manufacturing, building materials, construction, automotive manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.
• Exposure to ERP systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a growing organization where processes and procedures continue to evolve.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
