Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
** How you'll make an impact
*** Process new orders and drive clean order initiatives to streamline manufacturing.
* Collaborate with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality drawing packages.
* Manage change orders and build strong internal relationships across departments.
* Support revenue goals by resolving shipping holds and attending revenue meetings.
* Handle return authorizations, concessions, billing milestones, and overdue invoices.
* Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and customer success outcomes.
* Monitor and communicate shipping schedules, resolving potential delays.
* Participate in daily meetings and escalate issues for timely resolution.
** Your background
*** Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
* A degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred, though not required.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.
* Understanding of basic accounting principles and project management.
