What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the VP, Operations, and VP, Distribution
  • Perform Salesforce administration and automation to align with project goals
  • Provide administrative support for Managing Directors, including expenses, travel booking, and calendar management
  • Maintain sales data integrity and administer sales campaigns to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist with logistics for sales team activities, including meetings and internal trainings

What is Required

  • BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
