The Noblitt Hospitality Leadership Academy is looking for driven, high-potential individuals to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP). This is a hands-on, immersive experience designed for people who want to move beyond theory and learn how to actually run a multi-million dollar business.
Whether your goal is to one day own your own Chick-fil-A franchise, lead high-performing teams in the corporate world, or launch your own startup, the LDP provides the operational grit and strategic mindset you need to get there.
About the RoleYou won’t sit in a classroom. You’ll lead on the front lines. Our LDP participants rotate through a structured curriculum that covers:
Responsibilities- Operational Mastery: Mastering the systems, speed, and precision of a world-class hospitality brand.
- Team Leadership: Learning how to recruit, coach, and hold high-performing teams accountable.
- Business Intelligence: Going "behind the scenes" to manage P&Ls, inventory, labor costs, and scheduling.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Taking ownership of real results and learning how to solve complex problems in real-time.
We offer two distinct development tracks based on your long-term goals:
- The Business Ownership Path: For those aiming for Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator status or executive entrepreneurship.
- The Business Management Path: For those who want to specialize in operational excellence and large-scale people development.
