Leadership Development Program

The Noblitt Hospitality Leadership Academy is looking for driven, high-potential individuals to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP). This is a hands-on, immersive experience designed for people who want to move beyond theory and learn how to actually run a multi-million dollar business.

Whether your goal is to one day own your own Chick-fil-A franchise, lead high-performing teams in the corporate world, or launch your own startup, the LDP provides the operational grit and strategic mindset you need to get there.

You won’t sit in a classroom. You’ll lead on the front lines. Our LDP participants rotate through a structured curriculum that covers:

• Operational Mastery: Mastering the systems, speed, and precision of a world-class hospitality brand.
• Team Leadership: Learning how to recruit, coach, and hold high-performing teams accountable.
• Business Intelligence: Going "behind the scenes" to manage P&Ls, inventory, labor costs, and scheduling.

We offer two distinct development tracks based on your long-term goals:

• The Business Ownership Path: For those aiming for Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator status or executive entrepreneurship.
• The Business Management Path: For those who want to specialize in operational excellence and large-scale people development.
