Transform Amazon's transportation infrastructure by developing innovative solutions that reshape how we manage yards, gates, and operational processes. As a strategic product leader, you'll drive technological advancements that optimize efficiency and safety across our complex transportation network.

• Own product definition and operational mechanisms for TOM's planning and operations portfolio, identifying automation opportunities within yard management workflows and crafting product requirements for new capabilities.
• Define stakeholders, their roles and responsibilities, and build mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and tracking of product requests.
• Establish data visualization and reporting that drives operational decision‑making across planning horizons.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale projects across TOM, gathering business and systems requirements, writing technical specifications, driving delivery schedules, and coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Make appropriate tradeoffs, remove blockers, and communicate goals and progress to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and develop technical product innovations that enhance transportation and operational efficiency.
• Build comprehensive documentation and lead strategic business reviews.

In a typical day you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, translating intricate operational needs into scalable technological solutions, from gathering requirements to implementing transformative products.

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in product, program, or project management leading cross‑functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services.

• Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level.
• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization.
