Under limited supervision, this individual is responsible for:
Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Leading, development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance. Clearly demonstrated ability to perform fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
Ability to lead completion of needed advanced data models and analytics. Identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization. Lead/execute complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams. Actively coaches others in less senior positions.
We are seeking a high-caliber, technically fluent Product Manager to lead the foundational Intelligence Layer for our core enterprise platform (Meridian). In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data capabilities and commercial execution. You will ensure our core Intelligence Engines (Signals & Actions) are tightly aligned with our Go-To-Market (GTM) product releases to drive rapid platform adoption, customer outcomes, and early revenue milestones.
CoreResponsibilities
- GTM & Release Alignment
:
Define the synchronization strategy and manage critical cross-team dependencies to align platform capabilities with a phased V1/V2 commercial product release calendar. - Define Data Contracts & Workflows
:
Establish clear, robust data contracts, signal definitions, and automated workflow triggers that power GTM orchestration and automated clearing/shipping motions. - Platform vs. Experience Separation
:
Partner closely with core Platform Engineering to cleanly separate frontend/user experience logic from the underlying analytical, data-enrichment, and intelligence-generation layers. - Technical Translation
:
Translate high-level business problems and market needs into highly detailed, implementation-ready technical specifications, data schemas, and rigorous engineering acceptance criteria. - POD Leadership & Execution
:
Build, scale, and operationalize two newly approved, high-velocity intelligence development PODs - Metrics & Value Tracking
:
Standardize operational SLAs, monitor pipeline latency/signal quality, and tie technical performance directly to commercial adoption and revenue outcomes.
- Flawless Delivery Sync
:
Core platform releases and GTM launches are perfectly synchronized, operating with clear cross-functional ownership and ironclad SLAs. - Production-Grade Signals
:
The platform reliably generates highly precise, real-time data inputs and actionable signals that unlock measurable customer value. - High-Performing PODs
:
The Signals and Actions PODs operate at peak velocity, translating strategic roadmap needs into rapid, sprint-based technical deployments.
- Technical Product Leadership
: 5+ years of product management experience, specifically working on enterprise data platforms, APIs, middleware, or foundational intelligence layers. - Technical Fluency
:
Exceptional ability to read data flows, understand microservices architecture, and translate complex business rules into structured data models and APIs. - Data Contracts & SLA Management
:
Proven experience writing formal data contracts and defining operational SLAs (latency, accuracy, uptime) for upstream/downstream services. - Cross-Functional Influence
:
Demonstrated success aligning diverse stakeholder groups - ranging from commercial GTM leads to platform architects and engineering leads.
Experience standing up, prioritizing, and running agile development squads or specialized technical PODs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.
Five to Seven (5
- 7) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience.
A directly related master's degree is equivalent to two (2) years' experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
