The Great Greek Mediterranean GrillThis fast‑growing, fast‑casual restaurant concept brings bold, vibrant Mediterranean flavors to today’s diners. Rooted in authentic, family‑inspired recipes, the brand is known for fresh, made‑to‑order dishes such as gyros, grilled souvlaki, crisp salads, and flavorful spreads—all prepared with high‑quality ingredients.
Responsibilities- Build, drive, and implement a strong catering program for franchisees
- Implement franchisee store startup program
- Maximize restaurant profits at each location through business performance, P&L reviews, training, and store operation evaluations
- Oversee the operations of multiple restaurants
- Develop sales strategies and business development plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns (active and digital)
- Understand KPIs & analytics
- Train and reinforce the franchise model, system, and best practices
- Guide, train, and manage hourly employees, management, and supervisors
- Ensure that all branches follow safety, health, and business laws and regulations and operation of essential equipment
- Compile brand compliance data
- Uphold brand standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
- Organize and implement training programs for franchisees with increasing brand awareness in your region
- Participate in regional meetings; complete, maintain, and process required paperwork
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and skills in all areas of operations and training
- Consult with franchisees to ascertain and define needs or problem areas and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solutions
- Advise Brand Leader on issues identified through communication with franchisees
- Follow up with franchisees on a weekly/bi‑weekly basis to ensure the best results
- Compile brand compliance data and help franchisees upgrade their image
- Complete, maintain, and process required paperwork, records, and daily reports
- Maintain daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook (minimum of two weeks in advance)
- Build and follow instructions for new location setups, including having a full understanding of tools and ability to use them
- Take initiative to advance programs that will benefit the brand and all franchisees
- Travel 50‑75% in and outside region
Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four‑year college or university; or Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, customer relationship management systems, and scheduling software. POS software and accounting software is a plus.
Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required.
Credit card with a sufficient limit to cover expenses.
Strong background in related industry and specific production techniques.
Sales and business operations experience and the ability to read a profit and loss.
Restaurant experience is a must.
Must be willing to travel 50‑75% and as needed for trade shows, regional meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
