Document Collections Specialist
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, $26/hour (Friday is remote)
Location: This position is NOT 100% remote. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Murfreesboro, TN and have a completed Bachelor's Degree.
Bonus Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus of up to $1,500 if key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Responsibilities- Creating cases in Salesforce and attaching relevant documentation from research to each case.
- Researching repair history and contacting applicable dealerships to obtain all Repair Orders associated with the vehicle.
- Developing a Repair History Report from the collected Repair Orders.
- Obtaining Sales Documents, including but not limited to Bill of Sale, Title Application, Registration, Lease Agreements, and Sales Contracts necessary in the buyback process.
- Communicating and building relationships with dealerships and field personnel to receive required documentation.
- Coordinating Salesforce cases and collecting documents for the Breach of Warranty department.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
