The Field Project Manager is responsible for managing and inspecting all aspects of assigned projects in the field. This includes overseeing Apex team members, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders. The Field Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality expectations, while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients.

• Contribute to project planning, including setting objectives, performance expectations, and timelines
• Coordinate optimal use of labor, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of all necessary materials and equipment on site
• Enforce all company and OSHA safety standards among on-site stakeholders
• Lead successful execution of construction rollouts
• Oversee project closeout procedures and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Track daily progress against the established project plan and provide regular updates
• Conduct and manage pre-construction/installation meetings
• Implement and oversee construction/installation guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
• Address and resolve issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Review and refine quality processes to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and profitability
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Support change management processes related to scope adjustments
• Identify potential disputes or claims related to project design or execution and mitigate risk
• Ensure compliance with all required permits and regulatory guidelines

This is a travel-intensive role. Field Project Managers are expected to travel frequently to project sites across the region, often on short notice. Candidates must be comfortable with a dynamic schedule and have the flexibility to travel as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $ per year
